The Forms feature allows custom data collection with various formatting and input element options.
Click Foms (v2) to open the module and enter the form name to appear in Page name.
- Enter Recipient emails
Multiple email addresses may be entered seperated by commas.
- Select Enable in-app history to all use users to see their past submissions.
Past forms appear as read-only sorted by date for users with accounts only. This setting has no effect on admins seeing form submission results.
- Choose List or Card from the Design drop-down to suit the display of the form.
Fields are grouped in two sections: Formatting elements & Input elements.
Create label elements for new sections or to divide input areas.
- White space
Add 20px of space between any other field.
Add an image in the form.
- Richtext (block)
Create a WYSIWYG block.
- Clickwrap (action, agreement)
- Dropdown select
- Radio choice
- Text input
- Pictures (images)
- Date & time
- Geolocation (GPS,georeverse)
